i have the same expierence with nose piercings i got it done in dec 2010 it ALWAYS fell out while i was sleeping and it was really annoying one day i woke up and went to school and it wasnt there 2nd period i just said F it so i let it close then i got it done recently aroundd.... august 2011 ? and i wanted to get the spiral end put in , didnt work and it hurt sooooo much i just? let it close again , IN THE FUTURE ONE DAY I WILL GET IT DONE.. JUST NOT ANYTIME SOON!

I really want to? get my nose pierced but scared too , You have to be 16 to get it done with a Parent with you. Florida Sucks . My mom wont let me get it pierced even though i am 16, i wish my mom would see from your point of view . All in all your a great trusting mother thank-you for NOT being a uptight snob . :)

I really don't see as to why so many freaking people out there freak out with younger girls get piercings.. I see nothing wrong with them and? they literally do not change who the person is. So what if the girls 11, she's lucky she has a mother whos cool with her getting a piercing done. Plus piercings arent forever, if you change your mind just take out the damn piercing.

I really see nothing wrong with this, I'd? let my daughter do it too. It's better to let your kids do stuff rather than risk them shoving safety pins through their flesh during a sleep over. And it's certainly better than those parents who take their newborns to Claire's & have a stranger use a hepatitis-covered gun to shove unsanitary metal posts through their ears.
